Process

Having a defined stage-gate approach to every project drives consistency in our organization and allows us to provide our clients with exceptional service. We understand that some organizations have defined stage gate processes or requirements when planning and executing their projects. Our methodology is to understand these processes and provide our clients with the information they need in the structure they require to make their jobs easier. We break the entire project process down and implement a program method for execution. This process allows us to plan and execute each task as if it was a project, assigning critical dates, resources, and associated budgets as required to meet our overall program goals.

Innovation

Our experience in the industry provides us with a unique perspective on the execution of every project. Understanding that many items of a project are required to maintain the process's integrity, we also recognize opportunities to do things more efficiently and reduce our client's cost while expediting the project schedule. We use constructability reviews to understand the project progression better and avoid cost-impacting items that would come up during the construction execution. During these reviews, we will phase the construction progress, which will allow us to understand better how our contractors can share areas or equipment to minimize construction costs or reduce our overall schedule.

We introduce drawing review sessions with our contractors to identify value engineering opportunities for our clients. Once these items are identified, we propose our options to the engineering team to align with our path forward. The interaction of the subcontractors, engineers, and our team helps to minimize the conflict that you can typically see when introducing value engineering items to a project.
